Mr. Mutawakil Bakri, Assistant Director of the Micro Finance Unit from the Central Bank of Sudan visited Sanabel office and met with the Executive Director, Kais Aliriani. Both parties discussed ways of cooperation, and what role Sanabel could play to help the new microfinance initiatives in Sudan. Mr. Bakri explained the active role of the Central Bank of Sudan in promoting the microfinance industry.
In his visit Mr. Bakri was given a presentation about Sanabel, and its activities in promoting microfinance in the region. Sanabel facilitated some field visits for Mr. Bakri, in which he will visit some microfinance institutions in Cairo.
