Making Microfinance Work - Managing for Improved Performance

This course is introduced to the region by Sanabel in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO). The aim of the course is to provide managers from different departments and branches of MFIs with a broader understanding grasp of the different functions that contribute to successful MFI performance.


Strategic Marketing for MFIs

A four-day course that provides a comprehensive introduction to the Strategic Marketing Framework, the three primary strategies and the four information packages that inform them.

It also provides an introduction to the process of a marketing audit to assess and organization's marketing strategies and systems as well as the process of developing a marketing (at the organizational or individual product level).
