Strategic Marketing for MFIs

A four-day course that provides a comprehensive introduction to the Strategic Marketing Framework, the three primary strategies and the four information packages that inform them.

It also provides an introduction to the process of a marketing audit to assess and organization's marketing strategies and systems as well as the process of developing a marketing (at the organizational or individual product level).
